Theodore Christian Sieving is a California licensed attorney who focuses his law practice on business transactional, contract, and trademark law as Founder of XNOVO Legal. He is also CEO of Work Evolution, a creative co-workspace/incubator for entrepreneurs, artists, startups, techies and freelancers of all kinds.

Theodore's dedication, big picture-vision, analytical mind, and passion for creative problem solving has proven invaluable as he balances the practice of law with overseeing the strategic growth processes of these various ventures. His unstoppable focus, open mind, and ability to identify talented partners is what allows him to efficiently manage all of the above ventures.

Theodore graduated with honors from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Psychology and earned his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 2008. After moving to California and passing the Bar Exam on the first attempt, he took a position at ABA-accredited Western State College of Law. This allowed him to learn the law school system “from the inside out” - an eye opening experience! Eventually the lure of control over his own destiny became too much to ignore and he left academia to pursue a career in private practice, focusing on business and entertainment law while chasing his own entrepreneurial dreams.

Working with a handful of startups and entrepreneurs as an attorney and consultant gave him a crash course in running a startup, resulting in his appointment as CEO for WE Labs Inc. Concurrent work on feature films, (as both legal counsel and as executive producer), musicians, artists, fashion designers and tech-oriented entrepreneurs opened his mind to the creative opportunities available in today's rapidly changing digital world.

This practical experience - combined with an irrepressible belief in the collaborative process and empowering creative individuals to monetize their talents - gives him invaluable insight and perspective. As an entrepreneur himself he has intimate knowledge of the challenges and struggles that entrepreneurs encounter daily. Facing these issues alone can be daunting, and can hold back an individual or business' growth or even stop it all together. Solving these problems is Theodore's passion and allows him to utilize his unique talent and experience to help others achieve their own entrepreneurial dreams.
